I couldn’t believe how Kayson was acting. I haven’t reached out to him all week because I just knew he would come back home. I guess I didn’t know him as well as I thought I did. When I got his text tonight about us being a reflection of each other I thought he had come to his senses, but just like before I was wrong. I had been in the club for a minute just peeping how Kayson was acting. I watched him entertain the girl for over an hour before I went over there and said something.

It surprised the hell out of me when he let that girl charge at me. I thought he would have at least pulled her back. It didn’t matter either way because I had so much built up anger I could fight a fucking bull. I thought tonight would be the night we rekindled our relationship. I didn’t even know what we were fighting about to begin with so I left the section he was in and went over to the bar. I wasn’t a big drinker but the way I was feeling I needed a shot.

“Give me a shot of tequila,” I told the bartender.

“ID please.”

“I don’t have ID but my man is throwing the party so you won’t lose your little job,” I sassed. Yeah I was being rude, but it was only because she wanted to give me a hard time.

“I’m sorry but unless you have ID I can’t serve you,” the bartender said and walked away.

I gave her the death stare hoping her ass would just drop dead.

“Fix your face baby, you’re too beautiful to be looking so angry,” one of the guy bartenders said.

“That’s not what I want to hear right now,” I told him.

“Well here,” he said and poured me a shot. “I heard you talking to Amanda over there. Don’t let her get you upset, she takes her job a little too serious,” he smiled, showing off a beautiful set of pearly whites.

I took the shot and poured it back before sucking on the lime. “Amanda needs to chill out just a little. But thank you for the drink.” I smiled at him and walked off.

I went to go find Alize and Kori because I was ready to go home. Kori was all over Yaz in the VIP section and Alize was right next to her partying her ass off with some dude. I sighed and sat down because I knew I wasn’t going anywhere anytime soon. I was sitting down swaying to the music when Kayson came and sat next to me. He carefully picked me up and sat me on his lap.

I wanted to protest and tell him to put me down but it was no use because Kayson always got what he wanted.

“Kayson what do you want?” I asked him, sighing.

He never answered, instead he kissed me. Parting my lips with his tongue, he snaked his tongue in and out of my mouth while I sucked the mint off of it.
